For orders in West and East Malaysia, customers can request a return within 5 days of the date of receipt if certain items are defective or damaged.

1.) Items must be returned in original condition.
2.) Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of receipt.
3.) The customer is responsible for the item until it reaches us and please retain all proof of postage until dispatch is confirmed.
4.) All returns that do not meet the above criteria will be strictly rejected and confiscated.
Precautions
As items are mass produced, there may be a 1cm to 2cm difference in the dimensions stated. In this case it will not be considered a defect and no exchange will be made.
Since different technical devices have different specifications, the colors displayed on different screens may vary slightly. Therefore, the colors depicted may vary slightly. This applies especially to brighter shades. Exchange/return requests made on this basis will be refused.
Items with minor imperfections that do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
